And So, It Starts
This is where I start building something big that will impact people somehow.
It ain’t going to be pretty at first, but it wouldn’t be my style if it was. I’m not wasting any more time trying to have the perfect idea and the perfect plan before I put my voice into the world, because it’s never going to be perfect.
So, fuck it. Let’s just go. I’ll figure it out. I always do.
My goal is to help people by sharing things that I’ve been through, some things that I think I’ve learned, and what I’ve pieced together along the way. There are so many people in so many unique situations, and they don’t even realize that they could use a little help...yet. I was that person up until 2 years ago and I’m still that person some days. I want to create something that finds people in that rut of a mental space so we can all learn, heal, grow, and laugh together.
Fun facts about me that you should know in advance:
You will get truth and honesty from me 100% of the time.
There is too much information in the world, and I trust none of it. I intend to put my honesty into the world in hopes that people remember how to think for themselves again.
I’ll say the hard things that no one else has the balls to say anymore.
My mom says I cuss way too much. I think I’m just passionate about all things all the time.
You won’t be able to put me into a category, because I want to learn and talk about anything and everything.
I will have the hard conversations because I want to LISTEN to all kinds of perspectives, so we can all LISTEN and learn from others.
Listening skills are another thing we need to bring back into our society.
Don’t give up on me too easily:
If you don’t like honesty or you are easily offended this may not be for you, and that’s perfectly OK. I still want to encourage you to check in every once in a while, because I know there will be something at some point that will make your heart feel good. It might be a joke, a silly video, a motivating video, or a tough love message.
Most likely it’s going to be a rant about parenting, working in the corporate world, people in general, and basically everything. Unscripted ranting seems to be my specialty.
